Final Stakeholder Engagement Projects

Over the span of the ELD MOOC 2015 a great many number of teams developed case specific stakeholder engagement plans for subjects of interest to them. Participants identified all stakeholders relevant to their case and subsequently categorized and mapped all stakeholder groups using a variety of methods. Consequently the teams investigated the relationships between stakeholder groups and prioritized each group’s role in the engagement process. They mapped out their engagement processes in great detail and thereby identified facilitation needs, assembled budget and funding plans as well as communication materials. Finally they even set outcome and/or process based evaluation criteria to measure the future success of their stakeholder engagements.
